Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and Fandom Tokyo tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
